Licensing, trial & the bundle
The free trial
Synthetic BrAIn comes with a 30-day free trial. During the trial you can use the app to get a real feel for it. When the trial ends, trial-only functionality may stop and you'll see reminders to activate a licence until you do.
Activating a licence
When you purchase, you receive a licence tied to your account. Activation happens in the app — open Settings → License and follow the prompt. Your licence determines which features and how many devices you may use.
Software is sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record (it handles payment, taxes, and billing). The Mente Híbrida course is sold through Hotmart.
The course ↔ software bundle
The course and the software reinforce each other, so buying one gives you the other for a limited time:
- Buy the course → you get a complimentary software licence for 12 months.
- Buy the software → you get complimentary course access for 12 months, matched to your language where applicable.
Bundle grants are promotional, time-limited, subject to eligibility and anti-abuse checks, and are not exchangeable for cash.
Refunds and revocation
Refunds are handled through the channel where you purchased (Paddle or Hotmart), under their policies and applicable consumer law. If a purchase is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the associated licence and any bundled grants may be revoked and the related functionality may stop.
Third-party usage costs
Some features rely on services billed to you by their providers — for example your own AI provider usage under BYOK, or an optional external coding agent. These are separate from, and additional to, your Synthetic BrAIn licence.
